IVM PBX Integration Ttrouble

I need help with getting IVM properly integrated with our Samsung 120mx/56ex PBX. IVM answers properly, but misses at least one of the inband digits, sometimes two. I can't delay the digits being sent by the PBX, but I need to see if I can do something to IVM to make it "listen" faster for those inband digits.

Not knowing the Samsung system but had a deal of experince with others - you could look at sending the the digits to the IVM via the speed dial table - you may be able to insert a pause or a series of pauses that will allow the system to accept the digits better.

Another way may be via one of the routing tables - there if the system is smart enough - you can again insert a pause - from that point the system will then send out the following digits to the IVM.

Some systems like the NEC Xen have a prepause timer in the base system data tables that allow for such issues.

Hope this helps
