Guest Justin Ault
I need help with getting IVM properly integrated with our Samsung 120mx/56ex PBX. IVM answers properly, but misses at least one of the inband digits, sometimes two. I can't delay the digits being sent by the PBX, but I need to see if I can do something to IVM to make it "listen" faster for those inband digits. Guest Jason
I'm finding the same problem. I need to have the software listen faster. Surely there's a possiblity of such...

Another way may be via one of the routing tables - there if the system is smart enough - you can again insert a pause - from that point the system will then send out the following digits to the IVM. Some systems like the NEC Xen have a prepause timer in the base system data tables that allow for such issues. Hope this helps Col
