nitro329
I did everything. Opening ports on my router to getting a static DNS. I can access my stream clearly from my own computer but not from any other. I am linked to the router using a wireless bridge. I have tried everything and am lost. Does it have to do with my wireless, DNS, or is it just a stupid mistake I made? PLEASE HELP!!! my stream location is http://unofficialradio.com:88/broadwave.as...=1&kbps=
KenA
Hi, First of all, make sure you can access the stream from another PC on the same local network. You will need to access it using the local IP address of the PC running broadwave. If you can't, then look at the firewall on that PC. When you can access the stream locally, then try to access it using your public IP address, and sort out your router settings (NAT port redirection, etc). Have a look at responses to other posts to get a list of things to check.
iansuth21
In your stream url replace unofficialradio.com with your public IP address which you can get by going to www.ipaddy.com then see if you can access your stream from another computer.
