Command line options

I am trying to call Expressdictate and expressscribe from another app. I can get expressscribe to open an existing .wav file from a command line run...

i.e. "E:\progr~\scribe.exe 123.wav"

 

This opens fine.

 

I would like to send expressdictate the same command line argument so that it saves that particular filename and file type:

i.e. "E:\progr~\express.exe E:\WavFiles\123.wav"

 

I have looked online and in help, but cannot find command line arguments anywhere.
