I was under the understanding that it would only record while the voice was speaking. If there were silent moments it would not record (to save space making the files shorter). Can someone please explain to me how this works? I am unable to see any difference when I select the voice activation and/or change the setting. The record button should light up yellow, rather than red, to indicate voice activation stand-by. When you start speaking, the recording button should change to red, to indicate that recording has actually started.
