chrisduque
Re:Run Axon Virtual PBX and the VRS Voice Recording System together from your network I have very little experience with VOIP and have been shopping around for a way to record outbound calls made from my office using a IP phone. I came across NCH (Axon Virtual PBX and the VRS Voice Recording System). I was wondering if someone can advice me if this is the right way to go. All I need is for the system to records outbound calls each time one of my operators dials a number. I need the recording files to be easily accesible so they can be sent via email once the call is made . My current setup is as follows: - Speakeasy T1 - Polycom IP phone on Speakeasy calling plan. I still have not purchased a server as I have no idea what I would need. Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.
