After completing lengthy dictation, before sending I was re-reading material summarized in dictation, when a computer crash emptied the ExpressDictate screen. The computer was unable to recover without re-booting, so I had to do that, but then found no evidence of the dictation in ExpressDictate. Followed the recommended instruction for retrieval of .wav files etc, with many difficulties en route, but never was able to retrieve. Or to get timely technical assistance even upon purchasing and trying to utilize Platinum Technical help. Have others had similar or different experience???
