  1. Hello. I recently downloaded Express Scribe Transcription Software from here: https://www.nch.com.au/scribe/practice.html And NCH Suite. The version of the Express Scribe software I downloaded was free and it's labelled on my PC as "Express Scribe Transcribe Software Pro (Unlicensed) Non-commercial home use only". NCH Suite was additional free software that was downloaded when I downloaded Express Scribe Transcribe Software Pro to my PC. Was "Non-commercial home use only" the right option to pick since I am using the software for free? I also downloaded all the free Express Scribe Transcription Files from https://www.nch.com.au/scribe/practice.html - all the audio files and completed transcription files. How do I add these files to Express Scribe Transcribe Software Pro and load them? What's the function and purpose of NCH Suite? I am still trying to familiarize myself with both pieces of software. Please help- thank you.

I am interested in working as a work-from-home transcriptionist and I am interested in using the Express Scribe Practice Transcription Files on https://www.nch.com.au/scribe/practice.html, but I am confused. Near the top of that page it says, "Get Express Scribe Free The free version of Express Scribe supports most common audio formats including wav, mp3, wma, aif and dct and does not expire, making it perfect for learning before moving to the professional version. Download the free version here." But at the bottom it says, "Download Express Scribe Transcription Playback Software Download Express Scribe for Windows Download Express Scribe for Mac" What is the difference between "Express Scribe" at the top of the page and "Express Scribe Transcription Playback Software"? Do both links on this page lead to the same program, or are they two different programs? I tried to send this question using the Scribe Technical Support page, but it's asking me to download a demo program before I send the question. What demo program are they talking about? I also see this on that Technical Support page: "Please download the demo before contacting us. It's quick and helps answering many questions. Download the program now" Professional technical support is for customers who have purchased our software. Buy the program now to get support. What program or programs is this referring to? I wanted to call in to the company and speak to a live tech support rep with this issue, but the Platinum Support Line is for paid customers only. Please let me know. Thank you. Sincerely, J.G.   4. PC Information: Windows 10 Home 64x Version: 1703 OS Build: 15063.608 Processor: AMD A8-4500M APU Hello, I downloaded this software, yesterday. I got home today and I attempted to use the software, however I keep getting the following error: None of the voice effects seem to be working because of this. I do not believe there is anything I can do about this.
  5. I have just recently started using the EA software for our accounts since my mother passed away who did our accounts previously. Due to being half way through the year I was entering old accounts payable and Paid accounts into the software. I came to pay off the previous Accounts payable but it said that the Cheque number I was entering was already in use I went to the cheque list and there was about 10 cheques that were on the list that should not be cheques and when you go to the payment method it was listed as CASH. I voided these cheques and it then said cheque number 211 (which is where is should be again). I then did another cash payment and now it says Cheque number 212 Now when I go to cheque list it says that all the cheques are void, the 211 is not on the list and I cannot issue a cheque under the number 211 which is the cheque that has already been paid in 2016 on our books. PLEASE HELP ME !! I am struggling to work out how to sort this out, is this a glitch in the system or something as cash/Debit card transactions should not be causing the cheques numbers to increase.   6. I haven't purchased it yet but I want to make sure I can use the software even if my computer brakes down. I work at a job were my computer gets droped a lot so i replace it often if I can't put on a new computer when one brakes then its no good to me.
  7. How do you add a time stamp to a video in the Debut Video Capturing software. The website says that it can be done, but I haven't been able to find it within the actual software.
  8. hi, new to forum hope someone can help. i first started using express invoice about a year ago on a pc running windows 7 what a nice change from sage. i then got into macs and had to purchase a new version for that, although it has to be said i was able to back up from my pc and upload all info on to the mac version 4.10 very handy. the problem with the mac version 4.10 is that it's slightly different main problem is they have brought in an add item button which takes forever when serving someone so i'm forced to still using the windows 3.87 version to serve. recently bought another mac this one for serving customers and had to once again buy the software this time got version 4.13 what a nightmare uploaded all records etc no problem but just can't get it to print off and invoice it just prints the middle part of the page. contacted NCH only to be told they are aware of the problem and gave a link to version 4.10. What i would like is a link to an older version of 3.87 for mac something without the add item button any ideas welcome thanks
