Hi Everyone I have been using the Express Invoice software since long time and really liked it. Now I have purchased a new laptop and installed this software again but don't know how tp get my old invoices back in the system. I already backed up the data in a harddrive and tried to restore it but everytime I try, it says that I have not chosen the correct folder. Can someone help me out please? Regards Arun
We use Copper POS for sales only. The system wouldn't work so we uninstalled the program but not the data files and reinstalled. Now I cannot import the data into copper. We are using the latest version.
I have Express Invoice (v 3.40 Intel) on a mac runnning OS X 10.9.5. The hardrive is having issues so I am trying to move the data to new computer. I was able to "back up" the data to a usb drive, but when I try to restore on the new mac, I just get a spinning wheel. When I open the "force quit" window I see that Express Invoice is "not responding". I only have three customers and about 20 invoices worth of data. I see the data in the back up file on the usb drive but can't restore it to the new machine, which is running an "empty" registered version of Express Invoice v 3.40 Intel.
