I just started using the program about a week ago. Almost ten years ago a gentleman wanted the same report I want now (Basically a report that lists Unpaid Invoices but includes the following information: original amounts, amount paid, and the remaining balance). Does anyone know how to get this report? Or how I can just print that list? Additionally, if there is a way to customize an aging report so that it lists the open invoices per customer instead of just the amount a customer owes for an aging period? Or if this already exists somewhere? Or customize any report? Thank you

I just upgraded in the hopes that the problem I was having running reports was just because it was an old version. I still can't print a report. I do all the steps in the help/manual and it hangs. I have to close the program through Task Manager and start over. Does anyone know what is wrong? Please and thanks

Questions: We have two sound cards and on sound card one we have a specific show, and on sound card two we have a different show. I noticed the report shows total listeners and #of unique IP addresses. #1) Does it store this information in an XML file? I see some good information on the main application letting me know which stream is being connected to and disconnected from, but it doesn't look like that information is stored as it scrolls to a point and then is replaced with new entries. #2) Is there any plans on storing information in XML in a flat file with a structure like: date | time | client [ip address] started/stopped streaming [stream name] That would be VERY useful in seeing which streams are performing better... Thanks for great software.
