Hello! I had received an installation code 2 years ago that I was successfully able to follow the steps with the code to get VideoPad fully functional on my computer. However, due to a recent reinstall, I need to reregister my software to get access and I'm having issues with it. I DID save the proper reinstall software as a backup so I know I have to correct version installed. However, apparently the code I saved in a word document was the "license serial number" that originally was used to get the key (it is 13 digit long code of only numbers) that when I tried to again "validate" at the linked site it (correctly) stated that it had already been activated. When I checked thru my email to find the email that apparently was sent to me then with the proper key the only related NCH email contained a "User ID" and "validation key" (32 digit string of numbers and letters), neither of which worked for the "registration code" that I was looking for. This is the same account that I should've linked to the code (same as the email from the emails I got). So I was wondering what I missed with being able to re-register my account and was hoping someone could help guide me because I have a fairly important video to make (for my Dad's retirement) that I don't wanna be stuck using Movie Maker for
I downloaded the free version for Mac from the website which noted that Philips supported sound files would only work with the purchase of the Pro version. So, I purchased the Pro version, went through the process of registering my serial number and getting the registration code, entered that into my software as requested but still get notification that .dss files are not supported. Anyone else have this issue? Have I missed a step? My "About" says I have the Pro version (6.05) but don't seem to have access to the features I paid for (i.e. .dss file use). Help
Hi, I'm upgrading some of our users from 32bit to 64bit Windows 7 and am having trouble with activation on the new PCs. I didn't realise I had to back up the program files and data directories before starting so both those have been lost. I've run installation on the new machines, chosen 'I have already purchased' entered the registration code and then chosen to 'Activate online now.' On the next page I coplete the details as requested but when I click on 'activate and get registration code' i'm shown the message 'License serial number has either already been activated or is incorrect.' I wrote to NCH support over a week ago but have not heard anything back. Dos anyone know if there is a way I can get this running on our 64 bit PCs? Any pointers would be helpful. Many thanks
dfmanse91 posted a topic in WavePadHi, so I purchased the standard version of Wavepad and when I purchased online, it said that NCH would send a registration code to my email address. This is to activate the software, but I can't do that because it got sent to my old address, which I dont use. (Accident!) and so I got into my old email account and changed the password, and the code has still NOT been sent yet. I have contacted them and I really need this sorting out now, I just paid for it, I hope this is not a scam.
