Until there is a software update STAMP appears to work as follows: Install Stamp - its free. Run stamp Add all files from an album Select all files added STAMP Exit stamp MP3s now appear to have the same stamp but one that Windows Media Player accepts.

I too have the problem. Temporary turning off fire wall etc does no good. This occurs while other similar software does get data from freedb.
