  1. I have tried as Chris said and can select the UltraLite in Audio Options but there is no option to assign the inputs to specific tracks as in a DAW. Can MixPad do this or is it only mono or stereo in? Dick.
  2. Hi Chris, Thanks for that. Your last sentence seems to imply that MixPad will only accept two channels at a time e.i.it will not simultaneously record all the inputs available on the sound card. I will follow your instructions and see how it goes. Dick.
  3. I am having problems with VideoPad and the MOTU input device for which I am getting excellent support. However, I also have issues with the UltraLite in MixPad. The UL has 8 analogue inputs of which I wish to use 4, two vocals and two instruments. MixPad sees the input device but not all the individual inputs and only records input 1. I cannot assign inputs to specific tracks so cannot multi-track record. Has anyone any experience of this and can give me a fix? Many thanks for any help, Dick.
  4. Borate, Many thanks. Dick
  5. Bug reported 4 times with full symptoms. No reply since first submission 2-3 weeks ago. Getting very frustrated as a paid-for app is not working and I have projects to submit every week.
  6. I am trying to use the MOTU as an audio input to VideoPad. Before ver 8.66 this caused a crash with a Signal 11 exception code as soon as the device was selected in the capture video menu. With 8.66 I can now select the MOTU as the audio device and see a signal when a track is record enabled but the same crash occurs when recording is started. The MOTU works in MixPad and with other recording apps and VideoPad accepts the MacBook internal mic and the mic on my webcam. Has anyone had the same problem and found a fix? Thanks for any help.
