I am writing because the app is up to date, we have the licensed Professional version of this app, and support suggested removing the app then reinstalling (which when tested erases the dictation we are trying to transfer). The app only sent a partial dictation, resending does not provide a complete version of the dictation. Is there documentation on how to use the iTunes transfer, or does anyone know a way to address getting the full dictation sent through the email? At under 13.04 minutes, the dictation does not appear like it should have been split to be missing part of it. Thank you for whoever may have an answer!
