I am having a similar problem. While I can save the show as a mp4 file to my hard drive when I try to save it to a flash drive I get a file to big message. The file size according to properties is just over 4gb. The flash drive show having over 14gb of free space.. How can I get the video on a USB drive. There doesn't seem to be an option to export to a USB drive.
