I am having exactly the same problem! Purchased & installed licensed software on 2 days ago (12/6) and worked perfectly. When I tried to rip CDs yesterday and today, keep getting the same message. I'm definitely connected to the internet, don't know what to do now. I want to rip directly to mp3 format, but at the moment I can only use Windows Media Player and use Switch to convert the files, which is annoying and tedious. Also need help!!
