Wow! what a joke! Some months ago I legitimately purchased debut video capture and have been very happy using it. Today I got a prompt saying it's out of date and needs updating. I thought, ok, sure! It installed and loaded up the interface but asked for my registration key again. I thought that's odd but I found my key and entered it. The software then proceeded to tell me that my key is for the previous version!! I mean really, you can't be serious NCH! No warning or prompt saying you'll need a new key and that will cost another £33! Better still I now can't find the old version anywhere!! So much for customer loyalty.
