Hello, I have bought the Express Accounts box package from NCH software recently. My laptop does not have a disc drive to install it so I downloaded the software from your website. I tried putting my Express Account Plus code into the field, but it says There was no Registration Code found in the clipboard and it tells me to check my email for the code, however, I did not receive an email from NCH. Can someone please help me? Thank you.
