I have m4a files to transcribe which wouldn't work through my old Pro version. I therefore paid MORE money and upgraded to the latest Pro version because your list of supported file formats says m4a Pro required. HOWEVER, I have re-booted both my laptop and the Express Scribe programme several times and I STILL cannot load the m4a files. What am I doing wrong?
