newbie from the Spacecoast

I am trying to create my first Project consisting of videos and photos that I took on my phone. Two issues seem to be occurring: 1) videos don't match up with their audio tracks? 2) videos don't always transistion with photos? Sometimes the photo is skipped over entirely? Am I doing something wrong? I'm beginning to question my decision to purchase this software. PLEASE HELP! Bill
