I would also like to add to my previous comment. I have returned to using NCH Mixpad. I highly recommend anyone using it to really read up on it. I'm too fond of the software to simply give it up. Its quite user friendly and, makes a lot of sense. Frustration is usually developed from not reading the instructions. It does have its own idiosyncracies but I think the NCH people make a genuine effort to keep on top of things so, feedback is also essential for them to make it even better for us at the user end. Don't give up on it !

I've had this prob too. On one occasion I lost everything and mixpad simply wouldn't open. I lost hours and hours of work. I did in fact save all in the same location and, every now and then things simply don't work. I've given up on it and returned to a previous DAW that I don't really have any issues with
