Anyone have info on why error msg. in Windows 10 appears "RecordPad cannot open device for recording."

Problem Resolved. Microsoft Windows 10 updates can configure your applications.
To Fix the issue. Goto All Settings/ System / Sound / Microphone Privacy Settings / Make sure the the Allow Apps to access your microphone is on.
This will allow your apps that uses the internal, external device to control the microphone features.
