Hello, I am in desperate need to convert Skype voicemail messages to permanent .wav or .mpeg files, but am unsure of the actual format of the Skype audio files. Therefore, I am also unsure of which audio conversion software to use. Many thanks in advance for any suggestions, this problem is of utmost importance. Thanks!
