My fault, I am not used to doing this, had to make all files sharable. The first file is quite a bit bigger than the second, but will be easier to see the distortion. In the second sample the distortion will be evident if looking at the black lighting assembly in the video. Sir: On my Google Drive screen the source file and VideoPad files are both in the folder. Apparently our buddies at Google do not want to send it. I just tried to download it myself and was not able to.

Sir: Perhaps this is another problem because I followed the instruction to save as a portable project before replying and posting the links and there was nothing in the downloads folder or anywhere else that I could find. All I have is the above two files, I even did a file search in the computer for any additional files and folders and found none. Sir: I went back to your instructions and found I need to use the FILE menu on top, not the Export File in the program. Due to the length of the original files I need to make a whole new project to share with you, otherwise the download will take 1.5 hours. I made a new project to shorten the download time. Original aspect ratio is 16:9. Video Bitrate was set to 9000 manually and Audio to 320. Possibly due to different pixel shapes. Still have the Letter Box even with selecting crop and zoom.

Please make a test recording in MPEG-4 and burn a DVD using NTSC in HD (widescreen) and see if the widescreen selection has shadow boxes on top and bottom of the screen. I do not want these shadowboxes on my finished DVD's when played back on a HD television. I also would like the video to be clear and not blocky as it currently is. The video files play clear on my Apple computer. I use a Canon professional camcorder at 45 fps recording in MPEG-4 format and have been using two other software products to make DVD's but would like to simplify to Video Pad and complete everything with one product and have a high quality DVD when finished. Also when a put a menu on the DVD and try and play back on my computer it does not play, I can get the DVD to play on the home unit/TV but the menu play button still does not work. Try DVD Maker Pro to see how a finished DVD is supposed to look.

Yes, I think you duplicated the error/bug. It is a short series of clicks at the beginning of a DVD with a menu. Thank you.

I have been trying to eliminate audio clicks at the very beginning of the DVD recording. It occurs right at the beginning for less than one second. The clicks are not on MP4 files that I save to my computer. The computer copies are exact copies of what is burned to the DVD. I have been able to change the clicks to make it less annoying, but have not been able to eliminate them. I was adjusting both video and audio rates on the DVD when burning a disk. I know it is a VIDEO PAD software issue because this problem did not occur on a different program from a different company.
