  1. Andrey, It looks like your first guess was correct, The DVD is DRM protected with a new protection. However I thought your program had to BREAK some DRM in order to RIP / Convert / Add to other devices in order for that progression to happen ? If your Package doesn't Do DRM then can you send me to a place that does That doesn't cost the earth ? The settings im using is a standerd DVD look up / Rip to MP4 or another format it doesnt matter what, Then rip, However most of the time it tells me that it cant rip the dvd, EVEN though it ripped the first season just fine. Thanks.
  2. There was never an update because i have been waiting for feedback on this issue. I have a DVD that i would like to rip, but when i do get it to rip i have to use the load files feature instead of the quick load dvd from the program. ONCE i have loaded the files it detects the VOB's which are on ALL DVD's But once i rip them i get Green screen Blips though the dvd, The DVD comes up with a Secruity warning saying this DVD may not be ripped. I want a copy for my self, But a few select DVD's a blocking my access to progress. What can i do ?
  3. I have no green spots appearing but i have a few dvd's in a set that refuse to rip with other software, when in normal playback it works flawlessly, However when playing back using Prism or any other software i get error boxes like files corrupted somehow, I think its got some sort of code that stops programs from ripping. I have found Prism to actually convert the files which is a massive plus but the error blocks also more than an 30 mins though i get this high pitched wine noise in the audio which i know is not meant to be there. With those options enabled playback before ripping still has the video blocking at top and bottom sections of video. Is there a way i can tell the ripping program to slow down when ripping a video that might have errors on it, or even a correction error point please ? Thanks.
  4. why is it so hard to get tech support for a post that started off a while ago but because of the nature of the situation i asked in a thread that has taken more than 2 days to get looked at and i see a new post with a direct response because the post is brand new ?. WHY
