  1. It seams fine but heres another question. What option is used to compress 2h movie into 2GB file with exelent quality ? Whatever i do, i cant make my 24 min video any less then 2.2 GB and i think that is really a lot for that small vid. Best i got was 3.7 GB for 24 min vid with setting we talked about and 2.2 gb with another program with similar settings. Any pointers on how to make it smaller but to maintain good quality ?
  2. @borate I instaled 7.20 beta version over existing 7.11 and i got following from original file 1920x1080 1080p @60fps with filesize of 16,1MB: 1. Untitled.mp4 (1920x1080 @ 29,97 FPS) = 14,9MB (HD 1080p preset with reencode enabled). Estimated file size 5,31MB - clearly not !!!! 2. Untitled 1.mp4 (2560x1440 @ 29,97 FPS) = 9,09MB (HD 1440p preset with reencode enabled). Estimated file size 9,44MB. When i uninstalled VP and reinstaled 7.20 beta i got following results: 1. Untitled 2.mp4 (1920x1080 @ 29,97 FPS) = 16MB (HD 1080p preset with reencode enabled). Estimated file size 5,31MB - clearly not !!!! 2. Untitled 4.mp4 (2560x1440 @ 29,97 FPS) = 9,85MB (HD 1440p preset with reencode enabled). Estimated file size 9,44MB. For the reference, YouTube 1080p preset file size is: 17,5MB. Estimated was 5,31MB For the reference, 720p preset file size is: 6,59MB. Estimated was 2,36MB - not realy the quality i will use but just to compare. If i chose MPEG compression: 1. Untitled 7.mp4 (1920x1080 @ 29,97 FPS) = 10,4MB (HD 1080p preset with reencode enabled). Estimated file size 2,12MB - clearly not !!!! I realy dont know whats going on with this but something is clearly wrong with 1080p presets, at least for my videos recorded on my GOPRO hero 2018 1080p@60fps. Also, estimates are all wrong. If nothing else, ill just use HD 1440p as it seams to be the best quality and easiest to do. A queston
  3. Hi again, Im using newest free VideoPad, version 7.11 So basically, I drag and drop desired file with 60fps in VideoPad, program does the importing procedure I drag video so i can edit or export (if i messed up and dragged video to wrong panel) Then click to export video button and choose desired option from "Preset" option and i then chose desired FPS if not offered by program already. Program does his thing and i get compressed file. Except, in this case, i dont get that. @c_major I just tried it with lossless export on OFF and there is no change in file sizes. Im linking you the videos i made using my desired and not so desired option and the original. Original GoPro file: https://drive.google.com/open?id=18jXNUVsZeEJ-FoLsfiSkVsGrKTcIXku8 HD 1080p@30fps file: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1J0aQk1oQ8qefhyUnrhiV8pKcC52eK7WG HD 1440p@30fps file: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1NH5M2_Qk_x8fjhV6wz816_e6XrFBEiCl HD 1080p@29,97ntscfps file: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1nua4wck7HH5O1UX9k9AN7rGat_NzMfuU @borate I linked videos. And i never used direct export to YouTube, only preset for YouTube quality settings. I could just save vids in HD 1440p but that just seams to me like overkill Hopefully we can figure out this mess im making. Im not so good in this things, you know.
  4. Helo everyone. Im new here and this is my first post. Im having a problem with saving some videos. I record my video on GoPro with 1080p @60fps When i try to export video with same quality 1080p, youtube or original 1080p, the program sets up framerate of 29,970. Whatever i try to do and whatever frame rate i set up, video ends up the same. Almost same size and with 60fps. If i set up 720p or 1440p, the program sets up fps to 29,970 and i get significantly lower size (5mb or 9mb versus 16mb of the original video) and i get correct fps on the video. This looks like some bug to me or i just dont setup something right. Please help me fix this problem im having. What can i do to get same quality video but at lower fps !!
