Already did that and they were responding quite quickly to the first couple of questions I asked, but when I asked how can I cancel my subscription or could they do it for me so that it isn't automatically renewed, since then they haven't responded, even sent a back up message 2 days later asking the same question, but so far nothing.

Does anyone know how to cancel a subscription so that it doesn't automatically renew? Thanks in advance, Jo.
