Hi , hope you can help. Edited files on prism trial - super. Went back to finish these ALL FILES FROZEN, UNABLE TO OPEN Obviously, do not want all my hard work to be lost ( any suggestions?) Plus, noticed prism logo on every film saying FREEE ( not ideal when sending these ) Any help appreciated.
