  1. So after days of pulling my hair I figured out what the problem was. I upgraded from ver. 3.041 to ver. 7.04. After the upgrade the program defaulted to legal size paper. I changed the paper to letter size and that fixed the problem. Now every thing is showing as should.
  2. Contact technical support. They seem to be fairly quick with a response.
  3. When I print an invoice the TOTAL amount due at the bottom is not printing nor the thank you message. Everything prints out BUT the total amount and the thank you portion. Version 3.0 I had no problems updating to 7.04 total amounts due is no longer show up when printing.
