  1. I let a month pass (and I tried to not get mad at what I read here, which was not an easy thing) but now it starts to get on my nerves since I have exchanged tons of mails with the NCH Technical Support and after four weeks they're still trying to figure out what is my issue. What a skilled team ! So I have to answer one last time. As you may have noticed, English is not my native language. But if I understand correctly what you're all saying, you totally agree to let customers buy incomplete and flawed softwares hiding yourself behind a wall of bad reasons like "adding a feature without testing it may break a software" or "this program is cheap so deal with it". To be honest, I don't care about the development or the cheapness of the product. I bought VideoPad to create high quality audio/video, this is the way NCH advertised the software, and the truth is I can't use the service I paid for. Come now, don't tell me there's no problem when you hear this : https://tinyurl.com/videobadmp3 If you really don't hear the difference, maybe you should visit an ear specialist as soon as possible. I just can't believe it. The audio encoder of VideoPad slaughters my audio files but you're saying everything's fine. Keep calm and shut up. As once said the crow, I swore, though somewhat later, that I would never be tricked thus again.
  2. Prognosis, increasingly negative. I totally understand your point of view and I thank you once again for doing your best but I just can't stop feeling disappointed in this. I bought a professional software to get professional services and in the end, I can't use the program I paid 60€ for until an undefined date because of an absurd issue. Let's wait, then.
  3. That's good to hear. Thanks for the information. Your reactivity honors you. How will we be informed when it's done ? An announcement on the official site or on this forum ?
  4. Greetings. I bought VideoPad Professional (6.22) some weeks ago and I have an unpleasant issue. I have no problem with the video edition, this software doing magnificent job. But when it comes to audio, that's a complete different story. Each time I import an audio file, its quality is slightly altered when played directly from the timeline or when I play it from the exported file. No matter which settings I use, audio files peak at 165Kbits/s whereas I use 192Kbits/s ones. And the downgrade is clearly audible (this is truly bad) ! I can't believe we're restricted so I think I made a mistake somewhere. Does someone else ran into the same problem ? Is there a way to fix that ? Can somebody help me ? Thanks for reading. Regards.
