  1. I think your best option at this point is to contact NCH technical support, if the SoundTap log window says you are successfully connected to driver then it should be working. So this could be a bug. You can create a support ticket for the technical support team here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  2. It is possible the financial institution you are trying to add does not longer support OFX connections, or does not longer support the program. You can contact NCH Technical Support team here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html You might also want to contact your financial institution and ask them if they support OFX connections and if they do you can ask them to confirm the information you need to add it to the program.
  3. I would suggest you remove the program, install again and see if that helps, if not I would suggest you contact NCH Technical Support and see if they can assist as this might be a bug. You can create a support ticket for them here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

    Multi Split

You will need to split them manually, the batch option WavePad offers does not include a Split option, so you will need to do this manually one by one. You will need to place the cursor where you want to split and split the file, they should be saved as separate files. You can confirm with the NCH technical support team here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  5. Windows thumbnails are not controlled by Pixillion program, you will need to adjust the view for the file icons to show as you want them in file explorer not in Pixillion. Pixillion is an image file converter, so you can convert files to other file types. You may confirm with NCH Technical support team here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  6. Just call your Internet provider or the administrator of your network and let them know you need to enable port forwarding on port 1097, they should be able to do it for you or guide you on how to do it.

You might want to try and install latest drivers for the device or check the connections of the drive to your motherboard. But this seems to be a hardware issue not a software issue. You can confirm with NCH Technical Support team here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  19. The slides should show the duration at the bottom, so you will know the duration set for each slide.
