  1. Hello, To take screenshots using Debut all you need to do is click on the ¨CAMERA¨ icon at the bottom, next to the ¨FPS¨ measurement bar. If you do not see this option or it is not working for you tell me what happens exactly when you try to take a screenshot? Hello, If you purchased directly from NCH they should have sent you an email with the license registration code. if you purchased through a retail store you should have a yellow tag (paper) that has the Serial Number in it, this serial you must have activated at some point to receive the license registration code which is a code made of numbers and letters that you have to input into the program to complete registration. You must also have the version of the program that is compatible with your license installed to be able to use your registration code to complete registration. If you are not sure you have the correct information I will suggest you contact NCH support for them to provide you the information you need to register and step by step instructions.   4. Hello, If it says uninstall is complete then it should be removed unless it tells you it cannot uninstall.     Hello, If you are referring to one of the passwords of the user accounts you create to access the program through the web access you will need to open the program itself, go to ¨Options¨ > ¨Web Access¨ and at the bottom you have the user accounts you have created, you can select one and click the ¨Edit¨ button and here you can change the password to whatever you need. If you went through the email settings on the program and you set this up correctly you should also be able to use the ¨Recover Password¨ option from the Web Access login page. Good luck!

Hello, When you use the backup data feature of the program it should backup everything you have created in the program including all businesses you have and the information for each one of those businesses. When using the ¨Restore data¨ feature you will not be able to pick which data to restore, it will just restore the entire backup. Good luck!

Hello, The only way I think you can do this is by going to ¨Accounts¨ , if you already have an account created then select it and click on ¨Edit¨ here you will be able to check the ¨Enable online account access¨ option and then on the ¨Financial Institution¨ section click on the drop-down menu and select to ¨Download Financial Institutions¨, this should start the download again.   12. Yes, you can you will just need to install the version of the program that is compatible with your license to be able to register. You can contact NCH Support for them to provide you the correct installer for the version that you need.   13. Hello, Unfortunately, SoundTap is a audio stream recorder, if the stream of audio stops at any point SoundTap will also stop. There is no way to change this as this is how it works, if the stream of audio is constant then the program should not stop recording. Good luck!

  15. Hola, En ese caso debe contactar directamente al soporte técnico de NCH para que cancelen su plan. Si compro atravez de PayPal puede cancelar el plan siguiendo los pasos de abajo: 1. Inicie sesión en su cuenta PayPal. 2. Haga clic en el ícono de Configuración junto a "Cerrar sesión". 3. Haga clic en la pestaña Pagos. 4. Haga clic en Administrar pagos preaprobados. 5. Haga clic en el nombre del comerciante para el acuerdo de pago que desea cancelar. 6. Junto a "Estado", haga clic en Cancelar, luego haga clic en Sí para confirmar que desea cancelar el Acuerdo de facturación. Suerte!

  18. Hello, Can you confirm if the exact model of the printer? There is an Epson printer that is the Stylus Photo 960 which is compatible but the XP-960 is not compatible with the program so this might be the reason why it does not work.

    DVD with Menu

    Hello, PhotoStage does not have an option to create a Menu for your exported DVD, you will need to export the video to your PC and from there you can use a burning software that allows DVD menu creation. NCH Offers Express Burn which does include an option for you to create a DVD menu but it is a very simple menu so do not expect a Menu like you see on DVD movies you purchase. You might find other programs out there that might create more complex menus. Good luck!

Hello, If the files you save from the program are corrupted I would suggest you reinstall the program again but make sure you uninstall the program first, open ¨Finder¨ move the program icon into the trash and empty the trash. When done restart your Mac and when the Mac is back on reinstall the program. Then test, if this does not work I would suggest you reach out to NCH technical support again. Good luck!

    Hello, I would suggest you create a backup of your information by going to ¨tools¨ and selecting the ¨Backup Data...¨ option then you should reinstall the program again and see if that makes a difference. Hello, Just to make sure I understand you installed the latest version and when you connect using the Web Access it takes several minutes for the browser to respond when adding items in a new invoice? Does it become slow only when adding new items? When you do this with the actual program do you have the same issue? Do you know more or less how many items have you created in total? Have you tried deleting cookies and cache from your browser to see if it make a difference or maybe using a different browser, like Mozilla FireFox?

    Exporting to a USB

    Hello, There is no way for us to tell, the most used option for Widescreen fit is letterbox, but there is no way we can recommend one you will basically need to test that option and see if that delivers a good quality picture for you. Because of the Aspect Ratios you mentioned you might want to try the Crop and zoom as well. Good luck!
