    Audio options

    There is no way to turn it off, the options become available depending on the audio device or driver you choose to record from. If you change the device the options will be disabled. You may want to contact NCH tech team and confirm. https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html 
  3. Yes, backups will overwrite whatever is on the program when you restore. From what I understand and what you are describing this will not be possible, the available options to sync will not work on the way you are trying to do this. Have you contacted NCH Tech Support for assistance you can do so here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html  You say you already reinstalled, is this on a Mac or Windows? you might want to try and uninstall the program and remove all folders of the program on your PC and then reinstall to see if that helps the issue, if not I will suggest you contact NCH tech Support.
  13. Any part that was left out of the recording cannot be recovered now because it was not recorded. Regarding the issue I will need to know what you did from the moment you opened the program so I can test, I will also need you to share the resulting video showing the issue you mention to have a better understanding of what happened.     WITHOUT SOUND !!!!!!

    Can you open ¨Debut¨ and under ¨audio¨ click the ¨System Mixer¨ button, on the window that opens up, click the recording tab and then check if you have an option on the list that says ¨Stereo Mix¨ if you do, set it as the default device and then go back to debut and under the ¨Audio Settings¨ check the ¨Speakers¨ option as well and then test.     Can you tell me if you are using a Windows or Mac PC? If you are using Windows make sure that the recording device on your Windows Sound configuration is set to ¨Stereo Mix¨ and then test again. If you are using a Mac you need to have ¨Loopback¨ driver installed and set as the recording device to be able to record internal sound coming from the Mac.

It does sound like a bug, If you have already tried to uninstall and reinstall and nothing I will contact NCH Tech team, which seems like you did already but what did they say, did they take it as a bug or not? There is really not much that can be done? Maybe check ¨Options¨ make sure the ¨Use this Shortcut to turn FastFox shortcuts On/Off¨ is not checked and you can maybe create a backup and then delete the information you have then uninstall, reinstall and load the backup again see if that changes anything.

  21. Could you maybe record a small video and share it here, or upload it somewhere and share the link to download so I can check and see if we can figure out what the issue might be.   22. What reports are you running? When you say is not in the system you mean the payment? If that is the case you can just try adding the payment, if not please provide more details.   23. I checked but there is no way to choose other options other than the ones showing on the ¨Page Layout¨ menu. What you can try is going to ¨Invoices list¨ check one and click on ¨Print¨ That will open your printer general options, you should see here a ¨Preferences¨ button click on it and go through the settings until you find the tab where you can change the paper size and choose what you need A5, etc...
