  1. The only ways to remove background noise can be found here: http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/wavepad/win/noisereduction.html You have to go to the ¨Cleanup¨ > ¨Noise Reduction¨ and here you can choose the option that better works for you. The only way to tell which works best is by testing.
  2. Photostage offers a cropping tool, but not a resize tool. You might need PhotoPad for resizing a picture. You can check out more about PhotoPad on this link https://www.nchsoftware.com/photoeditor/index.html You can confirm with NCH tech team if you like here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  3. Did anything change in your computer before you notice the issue? Do you get any errors or what happens when you try to open the MP4 files? Have you tried reinstalling? You might also want to contact NCH tech team for assistance here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

I would say the 3D view cannot be loaded correctly so it shows a grey screen. Since the project is still there try saving it and you will need to close out of the program and then open it back and load the save project again. If that does not work you might want to reinstall the program. You may also want to contact NCH Tech team for assistance, just create a support tckt for them here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  5. This is a user´s forum, if you need assistance from NCH Software please create a support request here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  6. That error can be caused by many other things not necessarily the installation of the program, I would suggest you get an IT guy or someone that can help you there so they can check your PC to figure out what caused this. If you are certain it is the program, try again starting your PC in safe mode and then uninstall the program. Then try to start it over again in normal mode and see if the issue persists if it does again I will suggest you get someone that can help you check the PC, if you are able to recover try installing again and if the same thing happens then it is very possible is the program and you might want to contact NCH tech team here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  7. It is not a bug, when ripping a CD the program will not include the disc information, to do this you will need to use the online server but do keep in mind the server is free so it doesn´t always find the information. Although, if the disc you are ripping is and original CD then it should find the information on the server. Are you using the latest version of the program? You might also want to contact NCH Technical Support team and see if they can assist you. https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  8. That option is only for Mac, the video tutorials you see are for the Windows version of the program, which does include the ¨synthesize ¨ tool. you can check with NCH technical Support here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  9. I will need more details to understand what exactly it is you want. I mean do you want to create a single track that includes parts of other songs or entire songs? Or do you want to create individual audio files for each of the songs you want customers to preview? Please include as many details as you can.
  10. Are you using this on Windows or Mac? If you are using Windows, have you set the Stereo Mix as the default recording device? If you have not try doing so and then test again. If you are using Mac you will need to use an extension such as Loopback to route audio to the program. You might also want to contact NCH Tech team here for assistance: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  11. Can you share the settings you are choosing when going through the New Recording Wizard? There is a part where you can choose the Video Input, what option do you have there, since you are using S-Video or composite cable then choose the correct option and test again. In order to do what you need, you will need an audio routing extension such as Loopback or SoundFlower. Once you have them installed set it as audio input and output in System Preferences. Then test again. You might want to reach NCH tech team for further assistance: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  16. If you have any other issues you might want to contact the NCH tech team here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  17. Try going to ¨OPTIONS¨ > ¨AUDIO¨ tab and under the ¨Sound Play Device¨ section check the drop-down menu and make sure you have chosen the correct playback device. then test. If that does not work you might want to contact NCH tech team for assistance here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  18. WavePad does not show the bit depth of the files you load, the only time you will be able to ¨SET¨ this is after you go through the ¨SAVING¨ process of the file, you will then be able to choose the bitrate of the file before saving but you will not see what was the original bitrate of that file. You can check the bitrate of the file by right-clicking on the file before loading it into WavePad and going to ¨Properties¨ > ¨Details¨ tab, here scroll down the page to see the bitrate of the file.
  19. If you already contacted support you might want to wait for them to reply, they will reply that is for sure. In the meantime, have you tried removing the information you have and disabling the option and then enabling and entering the information again to see if that helps? If not you might want to consider creating a backup of your information and reinstalling the program and entering everything again to see if that helps. http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/moneyline/win/retrievefromfi.html
  20. I checked but there is no option within the program to enable it to stop recording when it detects a silence and to start over automatically once it detects a new stream. You can confirm with the NCH Tech team, contact them here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  21. It could be protected or have certain restrictions on what you can do to the file. Also, to what are you converting? Maybe the program cannot handle the lines and characters on the PDF to convert it. You can share the file here so I can check it. Still if other files convert successfully then the issue is the file not the program. Have you tried to reach NCH tech team for support? You can do so here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  22. I think your best choice now is to contact NCH Tech team for them to assist. 23. Weird, under the ¨HOME¨ tab on the far right you should have the ¨Options¨ icon, if you click on it it should open a window with more tabs one of them should be ¨Recording¨ there you should be able to select the device you need. If that is not what you see you might want to share a screenshot of what you see or contact NCH Tech team here for more support: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  24. You will need to setup the web access of the program, so you can them access it from the internet through a browser. https://www.nchsoftware.com/accounting/kb/1136.html If you have issues you might want to reach out to the NCH Tech team here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
