  1. If I´m not wrong, this was already reported to the NCH Technical team as a bug. You might want to check with them: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  2. Try going to ¨TOOLS¨ > ¨SPEED¨ and check to see if the speed is set to anything other than 100 which should be normal speed. If it is you might want to try and reinstall the program and if that does not work and this happens for every file you load then you might want to contact NCH technical support team here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

    Warning sounds

I think the sounds you are referring to are the Windows event sounds, these sounds are controlled by Windows OS not by MixPad program. You can remove certain warnings from the program which usually generate some of the sounds as well but if you wish to disable all sounds you will need to disable the event sounds which will be disabled for all applications on your computer. This link might help you: https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000923.htm
  4. Disketch is a disc labeling software, it does not support lightscribe and it is not used for burning.

  7. Yes, that is the latest version for Switch. The best I can think of is for you to uninstall and install again to see if that changes the background, but I'm also using version 8.18 and my background is completely white. So that might just be how the version 8.18 looks. The only other option is for you to test older versions to see if you get one with a dark brackground. I wonder how yours looks, would you mind sharing a screenshot here? You can contact NCH Tech team here if you have more questions: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  8. In this case all you guys need is to make sure you have installed the correct versions of the programs that are compatible with the licenses you own. If you guys are not sure what versions you are supposed to have installed you might want to contact NCH Technical Team, they should be able to provide you the specific links to download and steps to register the licenses you already own. You can create a ticket for them here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  9. The original post was in August there are newer versions you might want to try those, @zen89 if you are having issues you might want to file a support ticket for the NCH technical support team here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  10. Hello, Unfortunately, we don't have an update for you about Switch for Server OS, currently it only works on Windows 10, XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 8.1
  11. The background color of the app depends on the version and the program has no option to change this. It will all depend on what version you have installed. You can reach NCH technical support team for more information here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  12. You guys should make sure the program is using the correct recording device. You should be able to go to Preferences/Options > ¨AUDIO¨ and under the recording section make sure the correct recording device is selected. You also need to make sure the device is set in Mac and Windows as the default input device. You might also want to make sure the program has permission to access the Microphone if you are using internal microphone. If you still have issues you might want to contact NCH technical support here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  13. You mean like a loop?If so, the media player you use to play the album should have a loop option, usually a button, you just click it and the album will play over and over.
  14. If you are referring to audio files, then all you need to do is click on the ¨Load Media¨ icon found under the Home tab and then Windows File Explorer will open just look for the folder containing the audio files you wish to load, select the file and click Open to load the file into the program.
  15. If this is for mac, there is currently a bug with the program running in MAC OS Big Sur and their developers are working on finding a solution. If you have a windows PC then you might want to create support tickets in the link below to get assistance from the NCh technical Support team: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html @Musicman 1281 * SoundTap complies with Microsoft's DRM signed driver model and will not record streams if a DRM player is used and if the stream is marked as DRM copy-protected. Spotify uses DRM, so SoundTap will not record.
  16. Do you get any error when loading the image or what exactly happens? Does it do nothing? You might want to create a support ticket for the NCH Technical Support Team here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  17. That means you will need to get into your router and allow port forwarding from port 1097. If you are not sure how to do this, you will need to ask the person or company that installed your router. Once you do this you should be able to access the program from any other computer outside your network. Keep in mind this option will work only if you access from a computer located outside the network where you have the computer that has the program installed. If you plan to access from a computer that is located inside your network you must use the Local Network IP address shown on the program. You might want to contact NCH tech team if you have issues. https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  18. No, WavePad does not offer a preview option for splitting or cutting and deleting. It does offer preview for many of its other tools. You can check with NCH Technical Support here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

That is actually very easy, just open the program go to ¨Invoices List¨ select the invoice you need to send the packing slip for and right click on it, several options will display one of them should be packing slip if you hover your mouse over it you will see the options to preview and print.
  20. Both versions are actually the exact same, the only thing that is different is that the Plus Commercial version can be used commercially while the other Plus Lite version is for home use only.
