  1. I have check with Technical Support and it seems they reported a bug in your behalf. Developers are currently working on fixing this issue and you will be notified immediately once they have any updates from the developer team.

To specify the format you wish to save in, you must click on the SAVE icon, it will open the windows explorer window and at the bottom of that window you will have the option to choose the format you wish to use. You may also click the little downward arrow next to SAVE which will give you 3 save options. Save project which is the .PPP format and then PNG or JPEG. Please note this is a 4 year old post.   4. If you open Debut, go to the OPTIONS tab > SHCEDULE icon > in the window that opens at the bottom you should see the option of AUTOMATIC RECORDING DELETION, make sure this option is not checked.

  7. Do you have different emails? Maybe they were not able to locate the license from the email you provided so if you have different emails you might want to contact them back and provide all emails you might have used to make the purchase.   9. Can you specify which program is this for? Also, did you created the user (username and password) through the app in OPTIONS?
  10. Can you please contact NCH Tech Support and report this, make sure you tell them what you have already tried on your end. They might need to contact the developer of the program to review this and find a solution.
  11. You should be able to decline that and choose the option that says you already purchase and to use the registration code. You can just register the license on that new version and test to see if the issue continues.

  17. The program does not offer the option to set a default. You will need to add the images or slides and then click on the time at the bottom of one of the images and change the time and then select the APPLY TO ALL so it will be applied to all your slides.   19. Using 64bit VSTs should be fine, but keep in mind not all VSTs work, so you will need to search around online until you find some that do work.

If you have any issues with it NCH Software Technical support should be able to assist you fix this or have the developer team take a look at your issue to get it fixed.     Hi The option PhotoPad offers is called CURVED TEXT, this should be located under the HOME TAB right next to the TEXT icon on the toolbar.

  25. Hi! I'm guessing you used the DVD DATA DISC export option. Can you tell me what export settings you used, when using AVI? Are you certain your DVD player supports AVI? What resolution and frame rate did you use? If you are certain it supports AVI, you may want to try and change the compression settings, right next to where you set the format you have a link "DEFAULT QUALITY / FILESIZE" click on it and try changing the compression setting to MPEG4 and if that does not work go back and try the other compressors and see if that helps. If you still have the same issue, I would suggest you reach out to the NCH Technical support so they can assist you properly.
