    Stamped WMA won't play in car radio

    Hello, STAMP should only change the Metadata it should not affect at all the integrity of the audio file, does it happen with all discs you change? Or only one?   3. Hello, Actually, those two servers will be the only ones that Express Rip will use. There is no way to change this and since they are free they might not always load the correct album information.     WebCam windows move & hide

    Hello, When you start to record with Debut, a message will show up letting you know that the debut window will be minimized while you record so it will not interfere with what you are recording, but there is no way to set up a key on your keyboard to click to minimize or maximize the window. I´m not sure about the second question I do not understand what you want to do exactly. You should not have to do anything for video and audio to synchronize when you record with Debut audio and video should be synchronize, if this is not happening then there is something not working properly (which does not necessarily mean is the program, it could actually be the setup you have for the device you are using to record.)     Hello, I would suggest you uninstall the program and reinstall, then register it and see if the issue persists. If it does then I would think your best option is to create a support ticket for NCH technical support and see if they can assist you with this.   6. Hello, Did you create a back up folder from the ¨back up data¨ feature on Express Accounts? If you did then all you need to do is go to ¨Tools¨ on Express Accounts and select to ¨Restore Data¨ you will be asked from where to restore so just look for the back up folder you had created and restore. If you did not create a back up of your data using this feature then it would be very difficult for you to get that data back on your Express Accounts. I would suggest you contact NCH Technical Support to see if they can suggest anything else. Good Luck!

    Cursor line play and stop

    Hello, The cursor line you mention should not move after you click on stop or the space bar on your keyboard, it should actually stay at the place where you stopped it and should start again from that point if this is not happening then there might be something wrong. There is no place within the options dialog for you to change this. I will recommend reinstalling the program and then test, if this still happens then I would suggest you create a Ticket for NCH Tech Support for them to assist you. Good Luck!

    Connecting notes using a bar

    Hello, You can definitely do that, you can use the ¨Slur¨ tool to place a bar to connect notes, now the direction of the slur will depend on the direction of the stems of the notes, if the stems are up the slur will be down if the stems are down the slur will be up. If they are different and one stem is up and the other one down then the program will set the direction of the slur depending on the stem of the first note. Hope this helps!

    Synch Express Dictate and Express Scribe?

    Hello Lisa, Express Dictate has the option to send dictations by email, to an FTP server or you can use the Express Delegate program from NCH to transfer dictations directly to Express Scribe, the person that has Express Dictate will have to download and setup Express Delegate to be able to transfer dictations directly to you.     Hello, Do you get any error messages when you try to print? Are you able to print anything else with your printer (just to make sure it is not a printer issue)? If you are able to print other documents then I would recommend you uninstall Disketch and install it again to see if that makes a difference. If after you reinstall the program still does not allow you to print I will recommend you create a ticket for NCH technical support for them to help you figure out what it going on.     Sound recording on macos 10.13

    Hello, Mac computers will not allow you to capture the internal sound of your Mac. In this case I would recommend a third party software called ¨Loopback Audio¨ you will need to download it and then when you open debut, it should show as one of the options under the Audio Tab.     Hello, Could you try opening the converted file using your browser? If it opens and you have no trouble seeing it, then the problem is with Cricuts Design Studio, from the message you are getting it seems it does not support the format. Make sure the format you are using is compatible with Cricuts Design Studio as well as the encoder settings you are using in Pixillion. If the image file opens up on your browser with no issues then I would suggest you contact Cricuts Design Studio support to see if they have more information on why the program is not accepting the file if it is compatible.

    Wavepad Only Loading First 21 Seconds of File

    Follow the steps below, 1. From WavePad, select the Options menu > Audio tab > "Audio working folder" section, check mark the "Use this specified folder" box and copy the folder path. C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\WavePad. 2. Paste the path on your windows folder explorer, this will open the Cache content files. 3. Delete all files within this folder. 4. Close WavePad and re open it again. 5. Re load the file and let us know the outcome. Hope this helps!

Hello, I´m not sure what the issue is because you provide no details, but to back up data on your Mac from express invoice all you need to do is go to ¨Tools¨ which should be at the top of the program. Then click on ¨Back up data¨ you need to select how you wish to save your data. Since you are restoring the data on another Mac I would suggest to back up on a removable drive. Or you can save the data on a folder in your Mac and then copy the folder to a removable drive. Then on the other Mac, go to ¨Tools¨again and select to ¨Restore Data¨ You will then be asked from where do you wish to restore just look for the removable drive and search for the folder there. Or you can copy the backup folder from the drive to your hard drive and then select the folder from the location you save it in. If you are having any other issue I would recommend you open a ticket with NCH technical support for them to assist you.     DPI integrity

    Hello, Could you be referring to the PPI(Pixels per Inch) or are you actually referring to DPI (Dots Per Inch) which is used when printing? PPI in Photopad is assumed to be 300 PPI always. If you save the image on your desktop and you open it and click on properties and then go to the details of the image it will show you the DPI which is lower than the PPI set in PhotoPad, because they are 2 different things. Hello, When you connect your headphones, you should be prompted to choose what device you are connecting, make sure to choose the Headphones with Mic, then open the program and go to ¨Options¨ and then click on the ¨Audio¨ Tab check the microphone box and then choose ¨Microphone (RealTek High Definition Audio)¨. When you hit record you should be able to use your headphones with mic to record the audio. RealTek High Definition Audio is just the Windows audio drivers manager so they will all show the same, but you should be able to use your headphones mic to record.     Hello, I would consider upgrading to a SSD drive maybe that will help! You can also try and reinstall Debut, it might correct the issue.     Subcategory When Importing

    Hello, Inventoria does not have the option for you to add a subcategory when importing from a CSV file, you will need to enter the subcategory manually. I hope that helps!
