SWITCH - Conversion from WMA to MP3

Did both tasks. Neither solved the issue. Files still converting but with no sound and huge file sizes. Windows 10. Need help. -
Have home version of Switch and all conversions from WMA to MP3 produce no sound when played and some are huge in size (most over 100MB for an originally 7MB song). What is the issue?
