I am trying to get IMS to connect to my FTP server (run using Plesk), to automatically download on hold updates. I have anonymous access enabled, however every time I enter the details it gives me the "Cannot log on to the server" error message. Is there a specific format which I need to use when entering FTP details? How exactly does IMS interface with my server?

I too have this issue. I have anonymous FTP enabled on my server, but when I enter my server details into IMS I always get the same error message. What is the correct format for entering the FTP information?
