When I attempt to convert .3gp files to .mp3, the conversion fails, and the extended information says "no audio detected in file". However, I know that audio information exists in the files, as I can play them on a borrowed audio book player. Does anybody have any similar experience or any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?
