How can I draw a roof with a slope of 60 degrees?

How can I move the entire 2nd floor on the on the ground level floor? With the trace wizard I was able to draw the walls according to floor plan but as the floor plan of the ground floor is on a differt location as the floor plan of the 2nd floor they lay not on top of each other. I am looking for a way to place them exactly on the right spot.
