i have tried every option.....

I hace a problem, when I want to save te project as a video, the sofware does not start calculating the timer does not start, if i try the demo project it saves in every mode. When I run my project its going fine, when I make a html5 it als workt great, but i can't make a video. When i make a real small one it starts counting but but then it stops and than i have a video that is only til te point it crashes. has anyone had the same experience? i have a I7 with 32gb ram that should be enoug. thanks in advance
