  1. Fences cannot be move from one position to another as you can do with other objects. You may need to delete it from the current position and draw it in the new one. NCH Software formally takes suggestions or feedback about products through the form at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/
  2. First, you may need to know that M4B is supported on the Windows version, if you are using Mac, that format will not work. If you are using Windows, the issue may be related to the size of that particular file. Although, Switch does not have a limitation about sizes, your computer may not be capable of that conversion. What are your computer specs? Do you get the same problem with smaller files? You may want to reinstall the program and confirm if the issue persists: https://www.nch.com.au/components/switchsetup.exe
  3. No, the program does not offer the option to add the suppliers bank details as you have described, but you suggest that using the same feedback link.
  4. Do you get the problem with all the discs you burn? If you play the burnt DVD on your computer, do you still get the problem? What is the resolution of the screen you are using to watch the DVD? Remember that DVD's have an intrinsic resolution of 720×480 pixels (NTSC) and 720×540 pixels (PAL). Those pixels are either displayed in a 4:3 (standard) aspect ratio or a 16:9 (widescreen) aspect ratio. This is typically called 480p video. As you can see, 480p is a whole lot less than 1080p, so if you are using a high resolution screen, it may not look as good as you want. You may test your old versio
  5. The program does not offer the option to transfer multiple items at once if the amount of items is different. You should be able to transfer multiple items if the amount of items for a, b, c, d, e is the same. 7. How did you upload the transactions? Did you import them from a CSV file? If so, that is the way to upload transactions. Are the duplicate transactions from one particular customer? 13.
  14. After that I go a message saying if I want to overwrite or save it with a different name or different location. You need to keep in mind that the recommended way to save your work is using the Save icon. If you want to be able to make further modifications at a later time, you need to use the Save As PhotoPad Project options. This will keep the modification and layers you have created. If that if your final edit, you need to sa
