  1. In this case, I would recommend you to use the Recalculate Customer Balance option . To do that, please click on View menu > Customers > select (highlight) the customer from the Customer window > go the Customer menu > Recalculate Customer Balance > confirm you want to Recalculate.

Once done, you can try to Recalculate Customers' Balances: To do this, click the Transactions menu option in the main window and select Recalculate Customers' Balances. Express Accounts will run a recalculation automatically.

  15. There should not be a conflict between those two programs. Does it occur with all the Adobe Reader DC files or just some of them? When did the problem start? Javeyou recently changed/updated something on your machine.
