Hey guys, I've got issues with Dictate not loading the correct duration of .dss files on occasion (14 min file showing as a 5 min file). However when I go to another copy of Dictate, the problem still occurs. The file registers fine in other DSS software, and on the recorder (Philips 9360). I've tried to fix by substituting with a couple of recorders of different models/brands, but the problem continues to pop up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. //Tristan.

Hi guys, Just trying to register a Medical/Legal User in 4.09, and it simply will not authenticate Normally I purchase Professional Single User, but this one wanted encryption. Apparently there is a problem with M/L licenses in 4.09, but when directed to download the latest version from the website, I found 4.09 IS the latest version of Dictate on the site. (both exe and zip) Anyway to get around this issue as the 14 days trial runs out on tuesday, and I am going to cop hell if I can't fix this by then. Any help would be awesome, Tristan.
