Soo, i wrote to the support by e-mail 3 times already, but they don´t seem to understand my problem. My problem is, that a webcam footage has lines in it, after re-scaling and re-positioning it. I have the German version and there is only a slider for Quality (Rate Factor) on which lower is better.

Hi! I was wondering: which quality setting in the export settings equals which bitrate? Is there maybe a way to change the bitrate manually? thx for your help.
