Hi apologies, it looks like my response didn't upload to the Forum. Put the issue down to USER error. My camera prefixes all clip files with FILE***.***. For some reason, the missing portion of video was in a separate file called FI0***.*** and was not in sequential order in my Explorer folder. Mystery solved. Thanks for looking at my issue so quickly.

Hi I have uploaded a video to Video Pad. The video is 49mins long. Clip Preview shows the video time as 49 minutes but the footage only runs to about the 25 minute mark. Underneath, the Clip Preview screen shows the footage at 40 mins, but in reality the editor is not showing the last 20 minutes of footage in the Clip preview screen. Have tried undocking the screen but this doesn't change things.
