Thank you for replying. Somehow I got the resolution changed to "1080 x 1920 Auto Detected Resolution" and that solved the problem.

Hello. I am using VideoPad Professional v 5.03 to create a compilation video for my friend's birthday. It is composed of pictures and video clips which were taken on our phones (an iPhone 6s and an iPhone 7), and the orientation of all the pictures and videos is portrait (vertical, up-and-down). The exported video of the first draft played vertically in Windows Media Player and also when uploaded to YouTube (like this: https://1drv.ms/i/s!AuI7opSpBp8p4HIUI7XD9jsFsOWW ) which is what I want. Unfortunately, I have done something to the settings on subsequent drafts and now when I watch the exported video, it appears widescreen/horizontal/landscape which means the pics and video clips are tiny in the middle and there are thick black rectangles on the sides. When watching the later drafts on YouTube with my phone held vertically, clicking the full-size option causes the video to appear tiny and sideways in the middle of my screen. (like this: https://1drv.ms/i/s!AuI7opSpBp8p4HNssX-4gtSAlyYr ) I tried searching the forum and I saw mention of the prompt to crop or resize when exporting, but whatever I have done to the settings has caused it to not even ask me that question anymore. On my last export, the resolution was set to 1280 x 720 - YouTube 720p. For Options > Display > Preset, it says 1280x720 (16:9) and the Frame Rate is 30.000 Can someone please tell me what I need to do to get this video to display fullscreen on a vertically held phone again?
