I am working on Windows 10 pro with a Microsoft ergonomic 4000 keyboard. My problem is that the Express Scribe system-wide hot-keys which I have enabled do not work with this keyboard. Can anyone please provide, or direct me to, directions to make them work? I am unsure if this would be done in Microsoft's "Mouse and Keyboard Center" v 2.6.106.0 software or in Express Scribe. I did open a ticket with Microsoft, but they indicated that NCH would have to direct me how to add Express Scribe commands to the Microsoft function keys or programmable keys. Any assistance would be appreciated thanks
