  1. I guess that pretty much says it all. I am the director of a NSW based Corporate IT Consultancy and I have the full Intent of taking this range of products to our customer base. I signed up to Engin yesterday so that I could "dig in" and test the capacity of this software. However no matter what I try the Axon PABX refuses to login to Engin using the provided details (which register with carousel). If there is a developer handy or an NCH tech, please shoot through some details on how to get this working if possible. Possible reasons are that the engin service prefers to run the G729a codec. Is this perhaps the reason for the failed registration on the Engin Network? Is their a possible fix? I've spent a little too much time on this so I'm hoping there is a seriously quick way to patch this up. If I get this working I'll be phoning you tommorow (if it suits) ... I'd love to be able to offer this suite on a commercial/daily basis. Respectfully. R. Hunt.
  2. Hello. I have installed Axon, Carousel, IVM and IMS onto a computer running XP Pro with a Standard (approved) Netcomm IN5699 using 8.18 (recommended) drivers. When I call the modem, IVM detects the call as follows; 21:12:51 Lucent Win Modem Unknown [Answered] 21:12:51 Answered line [1 "Lucent Win Modem"] call number [13] cid [unknown] did[] drn[1 (2995ms)] I have made the settings of IVM answer the modem with a speech message (SAM), and then have it transfer the call to 197 (IMS). When I ring the modem, IVM detects as above and then answers the call, however I can not hear the message from IVM nor the message system of the IMS. I do hear a series of clicks, as if IVM is switching the line to the IMS circuit, however I get switched straight to Telstra call waiting hold music instead.. then back, then forth again .. it's rather strange. Can somebody please help me figure out how to get this working with my current setup, or perhaps provide some insight as to why its not working. With kind regards and thanks in advance.
