Actually... I'm wanting to do "Shot Detection, with auto-clip".

My need is to have S/W perform unmanned automatic "splitting" of 1-big-video-file, into many smaller files. Whereas the auto-split would be based upon 'sudden-changes' in frame (such as when recording-segment if paused/resumed). I'd like to option tweek the 'settings' which govern auto-detection of 'sudden-changes'. The big-files I have came from conversion from old-analog-videos, left to do A-to-D for a long time, resulting-in too big of file. Years ago, I had a non-lin-vid-edit tool that did this function beautifully. Any advice? (thx)
